COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cd Automation CD3000-HB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cintex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cisco such as the CISCO3945E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 370211 manufactured by Cintex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cintex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMR363X1000 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex-In-sight Brand 8007151 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Clark such as T18AA30603 equipment made by Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Clark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T70 made by Cervis as well as the popular ACDF3 original spares produced by Cmc-Controls-Ltd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 04760001301 by Ceg-Elettronica-Industriale and T18AA30603 spares by Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LFX2200IR850 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
